When has racial strife not been exacerbated?

This is just another (see anti-abolitionists) argument against Immediatism, delaying an overdue justice, and the intellectualizing justification for the continuation of the present social order. Why? Because the racial strife that has never waned (see social, judicial & economic indexes for any period) might be exacerbated.
